This photo was taken a couple months ago before the lot was packed away with the rest of the sewing collection.
I will be posting some photos of sewing baskets but I have to call on my son (computer expert) to arrange the photos a certain way (you will see what I mean when you see it) and until that is done I hope you will enjoy this photo.

okay so what is the piggy at the front?
btw one of the Maryborough girls asked if Chris knows anything about her Wardana Machine ... all she said is it's 'old' [ define 'old' ]
anyway it's marked Australian Sewing Machine Company but also marked made in Japan.
How about a post on all the sewing cards so that I'll have a photo reference of which ones you've got?
The pig is a tape measure with the tape being pulled out of its rear! You find that sort of thing a lot with tape measures.
I will ask Chris about the sewing machine - I will get him to call.
About the sewing cards - you mean the thread cards?
I think what I actually meant was needle books... migraine moment!
